About

Compassion, Guidance, and Personalization

I am a therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating infidelity, betrayal, neurodiversity, and complex relationship challenges. My approach is grounded in attachment theory and informed by evidence-based modalities including the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered care. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I intentionally personalize each treatment plan to meet the unique needs, values, and goals of my clients. As insight grows and new discoveries emerge, I remain flexible and collaborative, allowing goals to evolve alongside the therapeutic process. I place strong emphasis on education, particularly around how neurodiversity shapes perception, communication, emotional processing, and relational dynamics. I support clients in developing effective communication skills, increasing emotional awareness, and building secure, healthy bonds in their relationships. As a neurodivergent therapist myself, I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience into the therapy space, offering a perspective that fosters understanding, validation, and practical guidance for neurodivergent individuals and couples. I view all clients through a systemic lens, with a foundation in human development and marriage and family dynamics. I am especially passionate about working with those impacted by childhood trauma and helping them understand how early experiences continue to influence present-day symptoms, behaviors, and relationships. For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-based counseling, integrating spiritual perspectives with mental health care in a respectful and client-centered way. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where healing, growth, and meaningful change can occur.
